Head Chef Darren Wittwer trained Switzerland at the Anton Mossiman Academy under the scholarship scheme of the same name. His culinary career began at the prestigious Palace Hotel in Gestaad.
He has worked in Holland, Germany, and in Paris at the renowned Brasserie Du Nor. He has owned an award winning restaurant in Chelsea. Time spent in Catering & Banqueting have helped to develop a unique expertise food preparation for weddings or functions.
