Weddings receptions with style
We really enjoy hosting wedding receptions at Botley Hill and offer a unique and special venue. The marquee can accommodate up to 170 for a seated wedding breakfast and 200 people for an evening reception. For smaller events we are experienced at using the space in a way that will make it appear cosy and intimate. Set high on the North Downs, overlooking the magnificent Surrey countryside, Botley Hill Farmhouse is the ideal place to celebrate your wedding reception.

Our luxury, heated marquee has its own separate front entrance and access to the large patio area at the rear. You can be confident of a memorable occasion with every detail expertly handled by professionals. We offer our Wedding couples flexibility, friendliness and good value, all in a friendly informal approach.

Functions
There are lots of little private hideaways that can be booked for that perfect romantic meal or to celebrate a special occasion with your close friends. Whether you have just popped in for a quiet drink, a light lunch or a sumptuous evening meal. The separate areas can provide just the right atmosphere to suit the occasion. We can accommodate functions for as many as 200 in the marquee and as few as 10 in the Gresham room.
The Marquee is spacious, heated and completely flexible in how it can be arranged. It can provide a cost effective venue for conferences or corporate events. Exhibitions, fairs and even beer festivals.
We can offer support with DJ’s and Live Bands to provide the entertainment for your function.

The Gresham room provides a smaller intimate space that can be set up as a boardroom, dining room or buffet area. It is next to a small courtyard that will allow your guests to spill out into the open when the weather is fine without dispersing into the grounds.
We can cater barbecues, hog roasts, buffets or whatever it is you need for your function, reception or party.
