Covered outdoor area

Come rain or shine (shine preferably) our covered outdoor area is perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. This area has a group of specially designed umbrellas that protects the seating from the elements, add to this 12 large space heaters and you can be assured of your creature comforts even when there's a chill in the air.

Botley Hill Farmhouse is on the top of the north downs and when the wind blows we can stop it for you (well almost!) by lowering the side screens. This place is an integral part of the pub and so offers all of the regular services and it can seat 100 people.
