We're starting a new chapter in the 500-year history of this beautiful early 16th century farmhouse. Situated on the Titsey Estate in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Botley Hill Farmhouse is known for its breathtaking views from its vantage point at the highest point of the North Downs.
Among the changes we've already made are brand new menus, which have been designed to make the most of wonderful local produce, and a hand-picked selection of fine wines. We're also serving real ales from the nearby Pilgrim and Westerham breweries. Do drop by and see what's new.
If you're walking or cycling by, make a pit-stop at Botley Hill Farmhouse to refuel with a coffee and a panini from our roadside van, Botley On The Road. You can even arrange cycle hire from the Farmhouse.
Our vision for the future includes building a splendid oak barn to host weddings and events, so do get in touch if you are planning a wedding. We are also replanting the gardens and grounds, so make sure you come and enjoy our picture-perfect views from the terrace – lovely for sunset suppers.
We look forward to seeing you soon!

We make the most of wonderful seasonal ingredients, like meat from our local butcher and bread baked just a few miles away.
Our rustic oak barn will be ready to host weddings and events from 2016. Find out more about hosting your special day at Botley.
