We aim to offer the best of standards of hospitality in Surrey all within a magnificent Sixteenth Century farmhouse set on the Titsey estate that is designated an area of outstanding natural beauty. Formerly a tea room for over half a century now a free house and restaurant full of character including low beams and a huge fireplace, renowned for its selection of fine cask ales and wines.

Our approach to food combines careful selection of fresh ingredients and a talented kitchen team, delivering a result to the table that we are confident you will enjoy.

Unrivalled views of the folding valley beneath us make it a great place to escape to the countryside yet it’s just a few miles from Croydon, South London and the M25.
On summers days enjoy the cooling breeze that comes up the valley and look out on the spectacular views.
For the winter afternoon, we create the perfect equation of a roaring log fire, the newspapers and a lazy Sunday lunch accompanied by a fine pint of Ale.

Our heated marquee is a great venue to enjoy live music all year round provided by Tribute and original acts as well as other forms of entertainment.

We cater to weddings and other celebrations in a way that is flexible, friendly and customised around you.
