Add a little charm to your time at Botley Hill with an overnight stay in our luxury North Downs Shepherd Huts. A unique experience that has received glowing reviews from the likes of Surrey Life magazine, featuring on their cover, no less!

We currently have some limited availability in our delightful shepherd huts, with their cosy interiors and far-reaching views over the Downs.

Each sleeps two people in a comfortable, full-size bed, and small, well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, subject to availability. The huts are also equipped with a power shower and separate toilet.

We are also currently creating en-suite guest rooms at Botley Hill Farmhouse so that our visitors can extend the pleasure of a visit by staying right here with us! These should be ready in March 2026.
